Insurance I currently do not accept insurance. I can provide an invoice for you to submit to either your flexible spending account, Health Spending Account (HSA), or insurance carrier to determine if you qualify for reimbursement for sessions provided by an "out-of-network provider." Please check this website frequently to determine if your insurance is accepted in the future.
Reduced Fee (AKA "Sliding Fee Scale") Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment Cash or check only. Payment is due by the end of every session.
Cancellation Policy If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. In addition, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session prior to being able to schedule another session.
